As most of you know, I worked for SolarCity before moving to Nepal. During that time I was able to be part of their first trip to Nicaragua as part of their GivePower initiative where they are installing solar panels on schools in the developing world. Their most recent trip was in Nepal and I had the privilege to join them for part of the project. I had a blast installing solar, spending time with their team and the people from the village of Raaghabpur. In their area, there is no access to power. No grid. The system we installed will power their school and the new computers that SolarCity donated as well. Here are a few pictures and a video from the trip!
